Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged products may be exchanged based on stock availability.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
